MS Neuro Walk Celebration 🎉

✨ Join Us for the 2nd Annual MS Neuro Walk ✨

Hi Friends,

Please join the amazing students from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and me as we host the 2nd Annual MS Neuro Walk on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Sonnentag Event Center.

🧡 Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

📍 Eau Claire, Wisconsin

March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month, and this event is a celebration of movement, resilience, and community. Together we’ll walk inside the Sonnentag Event Center — 10 laps around the three indoor basketball courts equals one mile! All abilities are welcome.

Living in Eau Claire for the past 21 years, I’ve discovered so many incredible health and wellness organizations throughout the Chippewa Valley. As someone living with MS, it is deeply important to me to bring people together, share resources, and encourage curiosity about how we care for our bodies, minds, and spirits while living with chronic illness.

This event is also rooted in gratitude. The care I’ve received from the team at Mayo Clinic Health System has helped me continue moving forward, and it inspires me to create spaces where others can learn, connect, and feel supported.

Alongside the walk, we’ll be building community and sharing resources as we grow toward an Ability Resource Fair here in Eau Claire.

Let’s come together to celebrate our abilities while living with disability.

Move with us.

Learn with us.

Build community with us.

💫 Everyone is welcome.

MS-Take Charge Logo. A logo featuring bulky letters symbolizing the fatigue and heaviness of living with MS. The angled design reflects the daily uphill battle faced by individuals. The fragmented font serves as a visual metaphor for the breakdown of myelin, illustrating the challenges in nerve signal transmission, while emphasizing the power to proactively take charge of health and well-being.
