This welcoming group offers a blend of community connection and optional gentle movement. Meetings include a chance to share, listen, and participate in slow stretching led by PT Shannon, a physical therapist, MS-Take Charge president, and MS warrior herself.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All are welcome—individuals with MS, caregivers, family, and friends.

Real connection. Real movement. Real community.

✨ Registration is encouraged, but never required. It helps us plan and create the best possible experience for everyone — but walk-ins are always welcome.

“Every story shared builds strength. Every connection made brings hope.”

MS-Take Charge Logo. A logo featuring bulky letters symbolizing the fatigue and heaviness of living with MS. The angled design reflects the daily uphill battle faced by individuals. The fragmented font serves as a visual metaphor for the breakdown of myelin, illustrating the challenges in nerve signal transmission, while emphasizing the power to proactively take charge of health and well-being.
