Our mission is to empower individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to thrive by providing accessible, no-cost therapeutic movement and exercise services that enhance their mental health and overall well-being while encouraging independence.

About Us

MS-Take Charge, Inc. is a non-profit group dedicated to the preservation, growth and vitality of the mind, body and soul for those living with MS.  Our main goal is to support mental health and overall well-being of individuals, enabling them to face the challenges of MS with strength, resilience, and a sense of community. Our team has firsthand experience living with MS and this personal connection fuels our passion and drives our mission to support, educate, and inspire those navigating the challenges of MS.
