About the event

SteadiStride is a bimonthly event series focused on helping individuals with MS improve balance, reduce fall risk, and move with greater confidence. Each session features practical strategies, educational resources, and gentle movement activities designed specifically for the MS community.

The series is led by Shannon Tanzer, PT, who lives with MS herself, along with her experienced team at Lakeland Therapy. Additional guest speakers and professionals may join throughout the year to offer further insights and support.

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing MS for years, SteadiStride offers a supportive space to learn, connect, and take proactive steps toward safer movement and independence.

We’re committed to building a strong, informed MS community, one step at a time. This event is designed to educate our community, especially those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other high-risk conditions, on the importance of fall prevention.
