About the event

Join MS-Take Charge and Lakeland Therapy for a Fall Prevention Awareness event.  MS-Take Charge in Eau Claire, WI, and Lakeland Therapy in Chippewa Falls, WI, are joining forces to spotlight Fall Prevention Awareness.  Each registrant will be entered into a FREE raffle.

This event will feature:

  • Dr. Chelsey Hall, DPT: Learn about vestibular (vertigo) health, strength, balance, and mobility tips.
  • Christa Dachel, RN: Understand pharmaceutical interactions and side effects.
  • Courtney Drury, OTR: Explore home environment modifications and assistive devices.

This event is designed to educate our community, especially those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other high-risk conditions, on the importance of fall prevention.
