Yoga for MS

Service Description

Yoga for MS with certified yoga therapist, Lucinda Kemmet,  is tailored to support individuals living with MS. This gentle, adaptive yoga session focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation, all while accommodating the unique needs of each participant.

In this class, you’ll experience a series of poses and breathing techniques that enhance mobility, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall well-being.  Lucinda will guide you through modifications and props to ensure that each movement is accessible and comfortable, no matter your level of experience or physical condition.
